With over 15 years of experience in cultural entrepreneurship, cooperative business models, and conscious leadership, I help individuals, communities and organizations to come into deeper alignment - with their values and purpose, with each other, and with the Ecosystem, as well as to build successful collaborative environments.

My creative and professional journey has led me through many fields and roles:
A cultural entrepreneur and community builder at Holzmarkt 25, chairwoman of the Cooperative for Urban Creativity, representative of the independent arts scene in Berlin’s Senate Department for Culture, exhibition and event curator focused on participatory urban development, founder of an art-tech startup, lecturer in sustainable business, and coach and consultant for personal and organizational transformation.
Each of these stations has shaped my perspective, deepened my skills, and expanded my capacity to hold and design spaces for creativity, complexity, and collaboration.
My mission has always been to build bridges - between the social and political, the intuitive and the strategic, the personal and the collective, creativity and structure.
Alongside this work, I’ve spent over two decades deepening into embodiment, nervous system intelligence, trauma-informed facilitation, meditation (Vipassana), Vedic Teachings and alternative medicine. I’ve learned from indigenous elders, artists, and somatic pioneers - and remain devoted to inner work as a foundation for outer change.
I am deeply convinced that relational skills, creativity, awareness and emotional intelligence are not just soft skills but they are key to building futures that are resilient, equitable, and alive.
That every person carries a unique gift - and our systems must be designed to support the unfolding of these gifts.
In all my work, I support individuals and communities in navigating complexity, healing fragmentation, and creating conditions where people, ideas, and ecosystems can truly thrive.
